TIGER WOODS'S AND RORY MCILROY'S ATTORNEYS ALSO REPRESENT TRUMP "RAPE" ACCUSER E. JEAN CARROL & HILLARY CLINTON
Their Three Various Attempts to Derail Depositions in Consumer Antitrust Class Action Have Failed
See Klayman et. al v. PGA Tour et. al, 50-2022-CA-006587 (15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Fla.)
(Palm Beach County, Florida, February 14, 2024). In the consumer antitrust class action lawsuit filed by Larry Klayman against the PGA Tour ("Tour") and its Commissioner Jay Monahan, the plaintiffs have been attempting for over a year to take the depositions of Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, both of whom have been heavily involved in the alleged anticompetitive conduct of the Tour and Monahan to fatally damage the new LIV Golf Tour and its players, as a means to retain the Tour's monopoly over professional golf. Despite attempts at delay and obstruction, Woods and McIlroy have been ordered to be deposed.
The failed New York City lawyers for Woods and McIlroy, are Kaplan, Hecker and Fink, who also represent E. Jean Carrol, the woman who finally "remembered" after about 40 years that President Trump had "raped" her in a dressing room in a New York City department store, and then sued for "rape," physical abuse and defamation. The local Florida counsel for Woods and McIlroy, David Markus, not coincidentally also represented Hillary Clinton in a RICO case filed by President Trump.
The depositions of Woods and McIlroy - which will be transcribed and videoed -- are now set to occur on February 22 and 23, 2024, respectively in Palm Beach, Florida, the prior date for Woods's deposition having been postponed so class counsel could enter her appearance in the case, which has now occurred.
Mr. Klayman had this to say about the soon to be deposed twosome of Woods and McIlroy:
"That Woods and McIlroy would retain highly politicized legal counsel, closely tied to Democrat efforts to engage in election interference with President Trump, and did so by filing very offensive legal briefs attacking me and by extension the presiding judges in the lower and appellate courts, tells a thus far untold story about not just Woods and McIlroy, but also their Tour benefactors, who are closely tied to President Biden and his political party. It is no coincidence that President Trump is an advocate for LIV Golf, so much so that his golf courses in Bedminster, New Jersey and Doral, Florida have been used to stage LIV tournaments. It is therefore of public interest that the fight between the Tour and LIV Golf has become in effect a ‘Biden v. Trump affair,' with Woods and McIlroy used as the willing tools to harm competition in the professional golf world."
